FREE Online Training: Trauma-inFORMed Care

During this FREE ONLINE 2 hour certification training you will learn a trauma-informed approach to caregiving, providing participants a better understanding of trauma and how it impacts thoughts, feelings and behaviors of people we interact with. Additionally, trauma-informed care will allow participants to approach their work and life as caregivers from a trauma informed lens, which will allow participants to better care for clients, loved ones and themselves. Participants will also gain resources and coping tools to help them navigate their roles as caregivers, reducing the rate of burnout among caregivers. This training is for Upstate NY HHAs, PCAs, and CDPAP caregivers!
