As home care professionals, we work hard to care for seniors and people living with disabilities. With dedication and compassion, we go the extra mile to provide our clients essential care.

But our profession is in serious trouble: due to the low wages, no benefits, inconsistent hours and lack of support from agencies home care workers are being forced out of the industry to find more stable employment. Those that remain in the work are calling for change!
