FREE ServSafe Certification CLASS

In this free training, you will earn a ServSafe Certificate (valid for 3 years) required for food handlers. This class is for HHAs and PCAs only. During the training you will learn how to safely handle preparation, storage, and serving of food.

CLASS INFORMATION:

  • Rochester: Jan 16 & 17th, 1 - 4 PM, 1999 Mt Read Blvd, Rochester 14615. If you attend the Rochester training you MUST be available to attend BOTH sessions.

  • Niagara Falls: Jan 27th, 4:30 - 8:30 PM, Niagara Falls Culinary Institute, 28 Old Falls Road, Niagara Falls
