This two-part series of classes will introduce participants to a wide range of mind/body practices that serve to regulate levels of stress in the body and activate parts of the brain associated with feeling empowered. These tools can be used throughout the day at work or at home to enhance one's mood and contribute to a wide variety of health benefits. Both classes will offer opportunities to practice the techniques along with opportunities to provide feedback and ask questions.
