NY HHAs, PCAs, CDPAP Caregivers: please join us for this FREE ONLINE TRAINING on Chronic Conditions - Hypertension & High Cholesterol. Understand the basics of High Blood Pressure and High Cholesterol. Learn the signs & symptoms and risk factors of these two chronic conditions. We’ll discuss various treatments available including ways for prevention & control as well as how we can help those living with Hypertension and/or High Cholesterol. Group participation and sharing experiences encouraged throughout the session.
